This Privacy Policy outlines how Coozook Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores and distributes information about users (“you” or “user”) of the coozook.com website (the “Service” or the “Website”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to our Terms of Use.
 
1. Consent. By accessing or using the Website you consent to the use of your Personal Information (described in Section 2 below). You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Information at any time. If you withdraw your consent or do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not be able to use the Website or certain features of the Website.


2. Definition of Personal Information. By Personal Information, we mean any information which relates to an individual and allows that person to be identified, such as your name, e-mail address, and mailing address (the “Personal Information”).

12. Discrepancy. This policy is in addition to our Terms of Use. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and those of the Terms of Use of individual Websites, the latter shall prevail.
